While our current medical model often uses shame and regimented diet patterns to optimize fetal birth outcomes, I empower every client I work with to pursue optimal nutrition during pregnancy using a flexible, mindful, body positive approach. This is because people who have difficulties with disordered eating in pregnancy may also struggle with:

  • anxiety & depression

  • inadequate fetal growth

  • fatigue & difficulty focusing

  • blood pressure concerns
